Your Privacy is important to us

Our aim is to offer services that help you plan your financial tax affairs. To provide such advice, we need to know about your personal situation and your adviser may request sensitive and private information about you, for example, your income, current financial arrangements. Much of the information you provide will be passed to HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House. If you are unable or unwilling to provide some, or all, of this information your adviser will be unable to provide you with advice suitable for your circumstances.

We do not collect personal information from third parties.

You have certain rights under the GDPR. These include the right to:
- Have any incorrect information we hold about you corrected
- Ask us to restrict processing of your personal data.

If you have any complaints about the way we or your Adviser have handled your personal information, please contact the Data Protection Officer, Mr I Owarish at the address shown in your letter of Engagement. You also have the right to refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner.
